Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots of information and that was a challenge at times.
