Since I was not able to be there, I was ok with dropping the price of the condo in order for the buyer to make those repairs -- Kim suggested that we (mainly her) work to get the repairs done so I could save a little money. In my opinion, Kim went over and beyond to sell the condo!
I hope to one day be in the North Dakota / Montana area again and if I'm ever relocated to Williston, Kim will be my first call. Enough thanks cannot be said for Kim making the selling process as smooth as possible! Thanks Kim!!
