When I began to look for a home, she walked me through every step and how to get ready to purchase a home. I am writing this recommendation for our real estate agent Kim Semenko. Kim provided us with resources and support on selling our property. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots of information and that was a challenge at times.
Myself and my siblings are very thankful and happy for all the hard work she did for us.
